Ozone Therapy is a natural and effective way to oxygenate cells and detoxify the body. Ozone, a very active and reactive form of oxygen, increases the amount of oxygen in the body and therefore activates cell regeneration.
This is achieved through a 20-minute process in which 100ml of blood is drawn from a patient and exposed to ozone in a closed system and re-injected intravenously (directly into the vein). A minimum of six sessions is recommended and can only be prescribed by our registered practitioners.
The name chelation comes from the Greek ‘chele’, meaning claw, which refers to the ‘claw-like’ structure of the organic chemical ethylene diamine tetra-acetic (EDTA), the most universally used substance for this process.
Chelation therapy is a procedure that removes substances such as heavy metals from the body through administration of chelating agents intravenously. EDTA is a man-made amino acid, which has a particular affinity for toxic metals such as mercury, cadmium, aluminium and lead. If EDTA meets with these substances through an intravenous infusion, they are ‘grabbed’ and then secreted in bodily wastes.
A chelation therapy program is created for the client based on a consultation to determine the levels of heavy metals present in the body.
Intravenous (IV) laser blood irradiation therapy is a procedure that exposes the clients’ blood to light to heighten the body’s immune response and to kill infections. With exposure to UV light, bacteria and viruses in your bloodstream absorb five times as much photonic energy as do your red and white blood cells.
The use of low-level infrared laser light applied directly to the bloodstream creates a deeper depth of tissue penetration that stimulates circulating blood and stem cells resulting in effective wellness results. It is highly recommended in combination with an IV infusion for maximum absorption of nutrients.
Medical laser therapy applies red, blue and yellow lasers which would be determined at the time of consultation. The usage of one color or the other, or even combining the three colors will be determined by the doctor’s consultation and the client’s needs.
aPDT – Antimicrobial Photodynamic Therapy was discovered at the beginning of the 20th century. It is based on the stimulation of a light-sensitive substance (photosensitizer) which is infused into the bloodstream, injected locally or taken orally. The photosensitizer binds with high specificity to pathologically changed tissue. When stimulated by the laser light, active oxygen radicals form and destroy this tissue without harming the surrounding healthy tissue.
This form of therapy helps enhance energy levels, improves blood circulation and has anti-inflammatory effects that may improve the immunologic activity of the blood. In addition, it is known to have antibacterial and antiviral effects.
Photodynamic therapy is combined with an IV infusion by introducing the VitaDrip® after administering a photosensitizer; most commonly curcumin oral supplement. A series of 6-15 photodynamic therapy sessions will be carried out either every day or three times a week with a weekend break; the treatment program varies depending on the clients’ needs.
